If there is not respect, then we will not do business. That should be the business plan of our representative republic…

Next Friday night we will attend Titan 22 at Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kansas. Joe Kelly, along with his growing enterprise, has put together a substantial evening of professional and amateur mixed martial arts bouts. Anthony “Rumble” Johnson will headline the card against fellow UFC veteran, Dave Branch. Johnson has had his troubles at weigh in, but is always game for a good thump fest. Mirsad Bektic will battle Willie Mack on a card filled with local veterans, including LC Davis and Jose Vega.

Rudy Bears, who once fought Tyrone Woodley as a main event at Strikeforce, will tangle with Bellator and Shark Fights veteran, Nick Nolte. Bears heads Caveman Crew in Raytown. Their team has produced many top level amateurs and professionals. Nolte works alongside John Brown at John’s Fight University in Leawood. Nolte lost a close decision to UFC veteran, Phil Baroni, last year at another Titan promotion before winning in September at Shark Fights. Bears and Nolte are always game and versatile strikers. If you are in the area, then make the drive to watch this card.

I have had the pleasure of training with both of these men. Without a gym to call home, I have been traveling and expanding my skill set through work with men like Bears and Nolte. The hospitality that exists in this sport is second to nothing I have ever experienced in business. The honest communication that exists between fighters is unregulated and freely innovative. I am grateful for the opportunity to interact with so many hard working individuals.

Jason Perrotta will perform on the evening’s amateur undercard. Jason’s explosive athleticism will provide plenty of fireworks for the crowd. It has been a pleasure to work with Jason on his evolution toward professionalism.

An amateur belt is up for grabs on this evening as well. Tony Cardello, a GrindHouse product, has evolved quickly as an undefeated amateur. He will host Phil Morgan in what has become a Team Cardello friendly atmosphere. Cardello has dominated competition on the heels of his wrestling and submission skills.

Travis Courter will enter his first big show as an undefeated amateur at 185 as well. Running his own promotion in St. Joseph, BlackOut Fighting Championships has grown alongside Courter’s quick progression through amateur competition. At 6 foot 6, he is finding a way to deal with wrestlers, much like I have had to do.

We will sell that Hillbilly Fight Wear again. GNF as you thump strangers with blunt wisdom and respectful discipline. Yes, You Can.

I am still working to open a thumpology classroom in northland Kansas City. In the meantime I train daily for my next opportunity alongside my brothers. It’s honest work that keeps me coming back. With these virtues we can restore our republic and hold our representatives to account.

I involved myself in the Republican Party’s nomination process this year for the first time in my election life. I have never registered as a Republican nor campaigned for any individual bearing that trademark. I have, however, been active raising awareness to combat laws, mandates and regulations that make it monetarily impossible for individuals to provide for themselves. It has been my observation from inside local meetings, county and district caucuses, that the Republican Party is in favor of said regulations, mandates and laws. The party is ruled and thus directed by individuals whom have progressed on the good credit of our greatest generation, their parents. That credit is now on a rapid decline along with our dollar’s value and our culture’s accountability. My grandparents selflessly defeated social ideals overseas, only to have their children’s generation sell out here at home. Rewards are now reserved for complacent followers instead of selfless innovators. No longer are we free to think and act for our own good, yet required to serve for collective progress. Both parties are guilty of the greed and lust that have ushered in our submission to socialization. I will continue to act with my neighbors to change the party from within. With only two men remaining in the party nomination process, all delegates are up for grabs heading into state conventions. The writing is on the wall for our liberty. Will freedom reign or will tyranny continue to enslave the people worldwide? Dr. Paul has had my vote since last November, and he will continue to get my support. I have a pen with plenty of ink reserved for election day…Ron Paul.

I had the opportunity to attend and watch professional mixed martial arts last Friday evening. Without apparel to sell, no training partners to corner, and no hands to wrap; I was free to enjoy humanities’ favorite under-regulated exercise. Kansas City Fighting Alliance was promoted by Joe Wooster, fight manager and Poster Boy Clothing co-owner. A considerable portion of the fight card was supplied by Lee’s Summit, Missouri’s GrindHouse. GrindHouse owner, Brian Davidson, was the main draw in a first round submission victory over Charlie DuBray. Bobby Cooper won a lop-sided decision over Ted Worthington, while Eric Marriott got heavy handed with Chris Barnes. Jason Witt looked very good in a 155 pound amateur contest. Bill Brown’s Submission Inc. product cut 20 pounds and gained explosively violent ability. The hot dogs were just ok, but Joe’s mother was quite hospitable.

Jason Perrotta is training for a large opportunity on May 25th. This front-line Army combatant possesses a dynamic striking repertoire. He has finished four straight opponents in local amateur action. This will be a redemption fight for the Hillbilly Fight Team, as Jason’s opponent finished our training partner, Andy Fleming, at Titan 21. Anthony Rumble Johnson will perform in the evening’s main event. Willie Mack draws another great opportunity against Mirsad Bektic. This will be our second Hillbilly Fight Wear presence at a Titan promotion. Last time around the entire HDNet camera crew wore our brand. Yes, You Can. thump a stranger

After four straight losses over a two and a half year time period, I lay face up with my hands raised. I submitted Brandon Gaines 2:32 into the second round of our three round light heavyweight fight on Saturday, via rear naked choke. Tommy Tran was our host at Midwest Ultimate Cage Fights inside The Hilton Convention Center in Branson, Missouri. Gaines, a steel welder, entered the bout with 79 amateur boxing matches under his belt. Our fight consisted of mostly grappling and wrestling, following some heavy push kicks and knees from my end. The boxer ducked down for a single leg early in the first round and even sat back for an ankle lock from my guard. He had done his homework, but I was not to be beaten this night. My thirteenth fight proved to be one of my best overall performances. 6-7 now, I will continue my advance toward professional accomplishment.

Alex McKinney, a Missouri Valley wrestler, won his professional debut by rear naked choke in the first round. Alex had an outstanding amateur career amidst his national champion collegiate wrestling years. It will be a pleasure to watch his progress in this sport. I hope we can get him to come train in the northland.

The Pint Sized Brawlers provided entertainment in the middle of nine professional mma bouts.

It was a pleasure to have family in my corner. Steve Devenney, a collegiate wrestler, high school standout, and undefeated amateur mixed martial artist made the drive to tape my hands and offer words of encouragement. Chris Page, professional mixed martial artist and Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran, was there to motivate as well. “Yes, you can. Thump a stranger,” was the monacher for the day. We concluded that the night was a success, not only because I won, but because the boxer went after my legs. I asserted my business abrasively, and that is what won the fight. Confidence is rarely genuine, yet consistently intimidating.

I move forward with the growth of my brand. Many are joining the movement, while the majority searches for proof over faith. We may just have our own gym before summer, thumpin’ strangers for the good of the community. Hillbilly Fight Wear is fighter friendly, and so will be: Thump Gym. Coming sometime to a vacant space near you.

David Hammons will fight once again this Saturday in Eldorado Springs, Missouri. Roger Partridge promotes amateur events in what is Hammons’ hometown. Hammons, 14-4 with 4 amateur belts, has dominated western Missouri heavyweight competition. He will proudly wear Thump Apparel, educating his neighbors about thumpology.

I proclaimed my thump this weekend as “christian service” in an interview. Thumpin’ is lovin,’ for the good of your community. Teachin’ lessons is service.

My next fight should be just around the corner. Throughout my career, I have fought monthly for long periods. I’m game, like the old doctor. The movement toward liberty is growing. People are communicating openly about honest business. Keep the faith.

Truth has a funny perspective. Whereas the worker understands process, the collector must keep quota. The demand from the top has slowed production and unnecessarily complicated procedure. No longer are people free to produce per demand, but mandated to serve per normalcy. Production in a fight can only be regulated by the producer. He who produces most efficiently will earn.

I will leave my home on Friday morning, headed for Branson, Missouri. A four o’clock weigh-in awaits me and my friends at The Hilton Convention Center. For the first time in over two years I will step on the scales above 200 pounds. My opponent will be 25 fight veteran, Brandon Gaines. Several Bellator veterans along with local fighters will fill a pro/am card that includes Jeri Sitzes, Kim Couture and the Pint Sized Brawlers. It is a fantastic show in the heartland on the night before Easter.

Last Friday evening I had the pleasure to corner for David Hammons at Blue Corner Battles in Kansas City, Missouri. David won the Amateur Heavyweight Belt via a 3-round decision over Garrin Johnson, from Topeka. David also holds the Super Heavyweight Belt for this promotion, holding it’s events at Voodoo Lounge inside Harrah’s. He will travel with me this weekend to serve as sales representative for Hillbilly Fight Wear. Hammons, now 14-4, holds several local amateur titles.

Chris Page will make the trip as well, serving as corner man for my encounter. Page is coming off an early first round finish of Doug Edwards in Wichita, Kansas. Steve Devenney, 5-0 amateur, will travel from Columbia to corner as well. Steve was a standout high school wrestler who competed for the University of Nebraska. I hope to not need to wrestle. All three of these men wear HFW in the cage.

Last Saturday I made a short trek to Saint Joseph for Blackout Fighting Championships at the National Guard Armory. Fighter and promoter, Travis Courter, served as host for a ten fight amateur card. Men and women from all over northwest Missouri entertained their neighbors. The fight of the night was undoubtedly between Ben Ridgely and John Woodland. A regulatory judgement ended the fight as a draw, leaving further evidence of failed intervention. I had the pleasure to wrap Ridgley’s hands before the bout. He and I had a nice hillbilly banter.

I remember what is possible for humanity this Easter weekend. No obstacle is too great and no predestination awaits any. Make life your canvas and it’s paint will enlighten your neighbor. I am proud to see the good doctor gaining steam all over our great country. Perhaps the people will stand for themselves once again. He who walks with faith can move boulders. thump a stranger

The whole world gone crazy. Everybody wants to feel something. They take drugs to feel something. They endure plastic surgery for the chance to feel better about themselves. They go to therapy to have their feelings reinforced. Life is about doing, not about feeling. Stop feeling for yourself, and go do something.

After four years in this sport, I am becoming more and more aware of life’s harsh realities. Men do not feel. We work, love and fight what is close to us. We think logically and act strategically. It is our nature. Fighting is a natural act, and confidence is it’s tool. Without it a man’s blade is blunt and inaccurate, but with it, every man is his own weapon.

Those who lead humanity act on feelings. Those feelings are without discipline. Without discipline no person can progress. Our progress away from discipline has left most unaccountable. That accountability is what builds communities. Without communities, we are the subject of tyrants.

Why is it that the way to “get ahead” in this world is to fail? Whether in business or in the bedroom, people are failing left and right. The way to get ahead is to go along. Going along means failing to build your own business. Minding the business of others breaks down privacy and blurs moral boundaries.

I have done all sorts of work in my life, and if I’ve broke it, then I fixed it. The key in life is to work positively on yourself, so as to contribute something positive to your community. Yes, You Can.

Our lives are cluttered by regulators and collectors. Very little of the pie may be reserved for the home. With so much off the top, there is little to show for our work. Men should feel free to distribute their own earnings. Let a man be a man, and communities will thrive. Collective redistribution is legal theft, and undermines the backbone of free men. Mind y’own business.

Do you have faith in the people or the government? This is the crossroads of humanity. Will the people lead or will they be led? If our government is a reflection of our people, then we the people are without accountability and faith. Our government continues to grow because of a lack of faith amongst the people. Have faith in yourself and your neighbors, and your government will follow suit.

I will have spent the last month leading up to my fight, training with as many fighters as possible in the Kansas City area. I have had the pleasure to learn, not teach, while exercising my passion with some of our sport’s best. I am confident in those exchanges to strengthen not only my tools, but my trade. April 7th will be a good time, no matter what. Check out Midwest Ultimate Cage Fights in Branson, Missouri at The Hilton Convention Center. Kim Couture, Jeri Sitzes, myself and several other Bellator veterans will fill the fight card. The Pint Sized Brawlers are even slated to entertain. Tommy Tran is putting on a show for his community.

People all across our country are becoming more aware of the corruption within our government. Our representatives have been pushing policies of fairness and failure for far too long. We are out of money, losing respect and running on borrowed time. Many of us are educating ourselves about the dishonest leadership. Coupled with a simple calculator, it is not difficult to add up our demise. I will continue to work with my neighbors to expose the sin and bring to the table representatives that understand principles of liberty. Talk to your neighbors about an honest family practice doctor from Texas who has never taken from the taxpayer. Educate them about his loyalty to family, country and principle. Remind them about his character and selfless leadership. He is the only business owner running for our executive office. He is the only military veteran running for our executive office. He is the only medical doctor running for our executive office. We are lucky to have his sacrifice. Thump a stranger.

Titan Fighting Championships 21 went off last night at Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kansas. Over 1000 people crowded in to see professional and amateur mixed martial artists leave it all in the cage. Joe Kelly’s event was aired by HDNet and featured the midwest’s finest up and coming combatants.

After showing up early to settle our ticket sales and setup our Hillbilly Fight Wear booth, we set off for the green room to prepare our fighter. Andrew Fleming competed in his sixth amateur mma bout in under one year last night. This 34 year old, divorced, father of one, with zero martial arts background, has evolved quickly due to his humility, eagerness to learn and willingness to listen. His night, but not his passion, was ended midway through the second round following a relentless assault by a man 16 years his junior. Trey Johnson, 4-1, is also just starting in this game. His fifth fight in under one year since turning 18 ended gloriously upon the demise of my training partner. Both men are ranked among the top amateur middleweights in our area and will most definitely continue their rise.

Other local amateurs got their shot in the big cage as well. Isaac Enriquez and Jett Jones lost their respective battles in front of the home crowd, while Johnathan Ford finished his opponent via gogoplata midway through the second round. It was impressive to say the least and I wished my brother had been their to see it. Big Brad finished two consecutive opponents via gogo several years back in professional competition. That combination of hip strength and dexterity is a rare athletic quality and difficult to counter.

Of the six professional bouts on the card, Kevin Croom and Ramiro Hernandez Jr. put on the greatest display. Both of these men moved aggressively for three rounds en route to a split decision. The fight was electric on the feet and well contested on the ground with Croom controlling the in between stages. Two of three judges rewarded Hernandez with the decision, reaffirming the importance of keeping regulatory bodies out of independent business. Both men had previously finished KC’s Grindhouse owner, Brian Davidson. Despite the indecisive conclusion, the crowd was on it’s feet from start to finish and fulfilled with both mens’ performances.

Manhattan gym owner, Joe Wilk, furthered his reputation as a game entertainer with an early first round stoppage of Andrew Carrillo. “The Nose” is eager for his UFC shot and may have just earned it. Jorge Santiago finished Leonardo Pecanha in the evening’s main event with a violent straight right hand. A couple thumps followed on the surface for good measure to end the World Champion grappler’s night. Joe Ellenberger, Fabio Mello and Mirsad Bektic were also victorious in professional bouts. Omaha mma was well represented thanks to Ryan Stoddard’s involvement.

I had the pleasure of filling a ten shirt order for the HDNet production crew. Chris Markwell sought me out for an undisclosed promotional deal. The fellas looked great in our apparel and I am proud to have made the connection. GNF It’s good for the community.

Sales of our “Yes, You Can. Elect Ron Paul.” shirts have slowed as of late. Brad Powell of In the Cage MMA told me last night, “They’re not gonna let it happen, Brian.” That is exactly why we must make it happen. Politics isn’t much different than combatives. In the end, it’s two men fighting over rights to the microphone. We the people haven’t had the microphone for far too long, and it’s damn time we stood up and claimed it. Thump a stranger.

Our efforts to promote Saudi Arabia’s first mixed martial arts event have taken a detour. The government of Qatar is much friendlier to the west and business in general, which will make our trip more cost effective and entertaining for the locals. My search is nearly complete to fill a ten man roster for our diplomatic thumpology mission. It will most definitely be good for their community and our nation’s nearby troops.

My fight is five weeks away. I am bigger, faster and stronger than I have ever been in my life. I have never eaten so cleanly or trained so hard. Branson is due for a thump lesson. Midwest Ultimate Cage Fights is on April 7th at The Hilton Convention Center. I guarantee a violent performance. No governing bodies need attend. go on I got it

Friday afternoon I rode down Interstate 35 to Wichita, Kansas with Chris Page. Chris has been training with the Hillbilly Fight Team for less than two months. He weighed in at 161 pounds for his catchweight bout with Doug Edwards. Edwards, ranked top 20 in the kickboxing world, weighed in at 159. 500 souls crowded into Doc Howard’s for 12 bouts on Winter Brawl’s pro/am card. Page and Edwards were the main event for the evening.

Promoter, Jeff Page, filled a card with men from Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and Arkansas. Two of his sons, Jeremiah and Jeffrey, competed on the card as amateurs. We ran in to Bellator commentator, Sean Wheelock, who officiated the evening’s only professional boxing bout. Sean wore a chest mounted camera for a Bellator feature about his life in and out of the fight game. He was proud to see us Bellator boys thumpin’ strangers.

Chris Page has lived most of his life between Wichita and Kansas City. He enlisted in the United States Army following graduation from Park Hill High School. Two years of enlisted service and wounded during Operation Iraqi Freedom, Page moved on to mixed martial arts. He has struggled along his path to professionalism, but appears to be on track following his early first round submission victory on Saturday. Page used his wrestling background and new found fitness to make Edwards kickboxing obsolete. He took his opponent’s back following a huge suplex and finished things with a rear naked choke at 1:12. I had the night off from action, but served as point man from the corner. He looked damn good in his Hillbilly Fight Wear and weighed 184 pounds following his work that evening.

Chris Page is one of four professional fighters from around Kansas City who have shared a cage with a world champion. On short notice in October of 2010, Page took a fight against mma newcomer, Michael Chandler. Chandler moved on to become Bellator World Lightweight Champion with his brilliant finish of Eddie Alvarez. Page is far from gone at age 26 with a 3-6 record. Brian Davidson finished Jens Pulver at a Titan Fighting Championships event last year. James Krause fought Donald Cerrone years back in the WEC. Brad Imes lost a split decision to eventual World Light Heavyweight Champion, Rashad Evans.

This game is not about wins and losses to those inside looking out. This game is about resilience and fortitude. This game is a personal battle of choices and lessons. Discipline is the goal and glory is the reward. Chris Page felt that glory on Saturday night and he will feel it again very soon.

My opponent has changed for my April 7th bout in Branson, Missouri. Brandon Gaines has agreed to tangle at 205. This will be my first light heavyweight bout in over two years. We expect a large, vibrant crowd for this Midwest Ultimate Cage Fights promotion. Kim Couture, Jeri Sitzes and several Bellator veterans round out this card. Make the trip to the Ozark Mountains for a thumpin’ good time.

The good doctor is gaining momentum week after week. His message of individual liberty is good for the community. Go on, give him a listen.

Our gym is undergoing renovations. Cage panels and mats are on the way. Nearly 1900 square feet of mat await you. KC Premier is just off Interstate 29 in Riverside, Missouri. We are organized up front and free in the back. Thump a stranger.

I am quite confident in the fact that I will represent the fight community well by saying: My life choices are consistent with a growing populace that is spiritually content making a life built of natural physical experiences. That doesn’t make us Amish, it makes us right. The pope said in November that “there was no such thing as right and wrong.” I see that perspective as the prime example of how humanity has been lost. Our expectations are brief, frail and disingenuous. Hillbilly Fight Wear is black, white, and blood red. Thus is life, and that is honest medicine.

I missed an appearance by the good doctor last evening in Kansas City, Missouri. Two of my training partners and my apparel were at Invictus Fighting Championships 1 across town. Nearly 1000 people crammed into a Masonic Lodge to watch 12 high level amateur mma bouts. Alex McKinney, 13-1, captured the Welterweight Title in a decision victory over Chris French. Alex’s only loss was to local fighter, Jett Jones, 15-7. The amateur mma circuit in and around Kansas City is ripe with young, hungry talent. The sport’s message and it’s events’ warmth, resonates well with our southern side.

Andrew Fleming and Jason Perrotta represented the Hillbilly Fight Team. Fleming moved on with a 4-1 record following his late first round stoppage of Jake Meenen. Perrotta finished, game Steven Harris, midway through the second round of their contest. Harris is a rejuvenated knucklehead who has found spiritual contentment through honest living. Perrotta was respectful of Harris’ right, but found a home for his own power to end things. Andrew and Jason will fight in two weeks at Titan Fighting Championships in Kansas City, Kansas. Joe Kelly has made a successful home for his enterprise at Memorial Hall. He hosts big names, good matchups, and opportunity for aspiring amateurs. Andrew will square off with Tony Cardello, a Grind House product. Tony has found a home in mixed martial arts with his business savvy and flare for hospitable entertainment. This cross town KC rivalry is sure to fill the seats. Jason will face one of Cardello’s victims, Trey Johnson. If you are in the area, I recommend catching this production. Joe Wilk, Leonardo Pecanha, and Aaron Derrow are part of the professional card.

My opponent has apparently declined my invitation to thump on April 7th in Branson, Missouri. A search is underway for a replacement. We will travel to Wichita, Kansas next Saturday for Chris Page’s first fight at 155 pounds in over 3 years. He has been training with us at KC Premier for several months. I am eager to see him exercise his refreshed spirit and condition.

It is such a pleasure to experience the warm accommodation that fight communities exude. Thumpin’ is lovin.’ Honest, unregulated activity is good for the community. Humanity yearns for willful freedom to think and act with faith. Make your mommas proud. Thump a stranger.

Over two and half years later, there I was, again, standing in front of the hometown hero. This man was a married father of two boys. He instructs men how to fend for themselves on free time from building things. Jeb Chiles is loyal to his name, his family and his neighbors. And I was there to claim vengeance for a grappling destruction in front of a big crowd. It was an honor to be in a cage with a real martial artist.

30 seconds into our friendly encounter, I found myself underneath Chiles, with my right arm wrapped tightly around his neck. My dislocated thumb lay tightly on his carotid artery. I could have chewed my knuckles, had I been hungry. But it was Chiles that was hungry and he dominated the exchange. My ankle found it’s way into another precarious position. I still can’t figure how best to get comfortable without getting caught. Hillbilly Fight Wear was well represented, as always.

Aside from my roll this weekend, I spent most of my hours demolishing a wall in the back of our gym. It was in the way of our play area, so we removed it. 1,920 square feet of mats will now be available for thumps n’ rolls. Our Fighting Fit program is a good time for the liberty-minded resident. People of all shapes, sizes, colors and behaviors are thumpin’ strangers for the good of the community. We have men that wear our friends’ brands into cages. KC Premier Martial Arts & Fitness is in Riverside, Missouri on Vivion Road. Owner, Eric Siley, teaches hands-on self defense tactics. We let children in the building for instruction. Apparel is available, along with dressing areas and bathrooms.

It will be my honor to corner for Andrew Fleming this Saturday night at Invictus Fighting Championships in Kansas City. This college soccer player has learned how to thump in less than a year at the age of 34. It is a joy to watch him exercise his individual liberty. I know that his daughter, Isabella, is very proud. Jason Perrotta will also represent our team. This Army veteran is prepared for a fight with Steven Harris at 185 pounds. This will be One Zero Eight Promotions’ first event under a different banner. It will be our second trip to the Ararat Shrine Temple on Eastwood. Our last visit saw Brett Rounkles and Perrotta win decisively. Brett is preparing for state wrestling finals with Park Hill South High School.

What if a man were to travel with other men that enjoyed physically confronting one another for entertainment? It’s all about perspective. We may find ourselves in the middle east before long. Rumor has it that the Saudis have a hankerin’ for an american ass whooping. I just happen to know some boys that are game for honest attention.

I am two months out of my next fight. April 7th I will fight for Midwest Ultimate Cage Fights in Branson, Missouri. It will be my first fight at 205 in over two years. I can be contacted for tickets. The Pint Sized Brawlers, Jeri Sitzes, Kim Couture, Nathan Murdock, Mark Nguyen, and Kyle Swadley are on the card. I can’t wait to thump in the Ozarks.

The nice old doctor is still fighting for liberty. Give him an open listen. It will change your perspective. Yes, you can.

With so many on medication, organized education, programmed information, and regulated work…too many are accomplished sociopaths. Where have all the average people gone?

To “get ahead” in our modern culture, one must go along with the predesigned system. Choices are made for us and failure is protected under social justice. The days of running risks for individual reward are all but gone. Corporations rule the distributive landscape and the people are all but required to work for the man. Examples of individually accomplished citizens are rare and most are absorbed by the system, eventually.

No longer are we inclined to diagnose the cure, but regulated in distributing the medicine. Our issues pile up like a log jammed river while our leaders bicker about the blame. Cause and effect have been inverted and the people end up on bottom. Accountability is nearly absent in leadership leaving a complacent populace.

I was raised as a laborer and have always found spiritual reward in the performance of such. I have not, however, organized with my coworkers against any employer and have never accepted compensation without production. Legal or not, there is right and wrong in this world. I believe we all know the difference. Our greed and lust have blurred our knowledge of a black and white world. We are confused by rights and misled by labels. Our judgements are undisciplined and our work is misdirected. Compensation is redistributed while our managers and regulators reign free. He who makes the rules owns the market. Laws are exceptions to the rule. The rule is the law of the land. The laws are jungle regulations. I’d rather live off the land, than abide the jungle.

This Saturday I will travel to Clinton, Missouri for Throwdown in C-town. Jeb Chiles and Mike Vallentine serve host for yet another pro/am at the Benson Center. Nearly 1000 people will crowd in to see their local favorites: Aaron Mays, Brandon Jolley, Eric Crittendon and others. I will participate as usual, selling Hillbilly Fight Wear and helping ready the combatants. Jeb and I will engage in a grappling match also. I anticipate a hard fought roll with the occasional thump. It’s good for the community.

Next Saturday, February 18th, we will be in Kansas City for Invictus Fighting Championship I. Two of my training partners will compete at the Ararat Shrine Temple on Eastwood Drive. Andy Fleming, 3-1, is coming off a loss at Harrah’s for the Blue Corner Middleweight Title. Jason Perrotta, 3-1, is coming off a technical submission win following a brutal leg kick that broke bones. Both men have evolved, as of late, training together at KC Premier Martial and Fitness in Riverside, MO. Our team is growing and owner, Eric Siley, has committed to expanding the facility. The changes will provide broader accommodation for our team and continued exposure for a family friendly environment.

It is truly a blessing to work daily with my friends in pursuit of selfless gains. Discipline and honor have been on the decline for far too long. We aim to curb that reality, one stranger at a time. Work for freedom and declare yourself as independent. Shed the parameters and blaze your own trail. Our military personnel along with our sport’s fighters are lining up to confront tyranny, and we have found our spokesman. He is a wise old doctor from Texas. Have a listen. The gladiators can’t all be wrong, for we are closest to the fire. We know the struggle and have felt the heat. Even the toughest know when to draw back and reassess. Peace is near. Thump a stranger.
